Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell will be aiming for a repeat performance against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8. During their previous matchup in Week 4, the second-year quarterback had his best performance of the season by completing 29-of-40 passes for 290 yards and a touchdown along with six carries for 40 yards while nearly leading Washington to a win. Howell's ability to take an enormous amount of sacks is still an issue, but if he can stay upright and look as good as he did in Week 4, he should be in line for another strong day.
