Saints Work Out Jason Pierre-Paul

The New Orleans Saints worked out free-agent pass-rusher Jason Pierre-Paul on Monday. Pierre-Paul is looking to sign with a contender after playing 502 defensive snaps in 14 games for the Baltimore Ravens last year, when he recorded 26 tackles (17 solo), three sacks, five tackles for loss, three QB hits, an interception and five passes defensed. The Saints are heading into their bye in Week 11, so Pierre-Paul would have some extra time to get acclimated with the team if he chooses to sign in the Big Easy. The 34-year-old is a former 15th overall pick in 2010 and has won two Super Bowl rings.
