Ryan Tannehill Unlikely To Play In Week 8

Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill (ankle) hasn't officially been ruled out, but is expected to miss the Week 8 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The veteran quarterback suffered a right high-ankle sprain during the Week 6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Luckily for Tennessee, they do have a bye this week, so they don't have to worry too much yet. However, Tannehill has a cast on his lower leg and is using crutches, so it doesn't sound like a minor issue. Malik Willis came in as relief for Tannehill after he went down in Week 6. However, Willis struggled in that game, so it wouldn't be shocking to see the Titans go with rookie Will Levis for Week 7.
