Russell Wilson Not An Ideal Option Versus The Chiefs

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson will meet Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs for the second time this season. Both AFC West clubs recently clashed in Week 6. However, the signal-caller didn't do anything relevant, finishing the night by amassing 95 passing yards and a touchdown. Even worse, he threw two interceptions and completed an embarrassing 59.1% of his attempts. Most assumed Wilson would turn things around under offensive mastermind Sean Payton. While that's been true in some cases, fantasy managers will have a hard time trusting the 34-year-old versus Kansas City in Week 8, at least after his dismal performance the first time around. That said, participants in multi-quarterback setups can at least use Wilson if there aren't other options, but it may not be the best way to go.
