Ronnie Stanley Listed As Limited At Practice
one year ago

Baltimore Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday in the lead-up to Week 1 of the 2023 regular season against the Houston Texans. Stanley's ankle has given him trouble since the second half of the 2020 season -- he's played in just 12 games in the last two years -- but the 29-year-old All-Pro said back in June that this is the healthiest he's felt in years. The Ravens are likely just playing it safe by keeping Stanley limited in practice heading into the start of a new season. If he is indeed past his frustrating ankle injury and can return to his All-Pro form, it would be a huge deal for the Ravens offense under new coordinator Todd Monken. He'll likely be available to protect quarterback Lamar Jackson's blind side in Week 1.
