Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera didn't help his shaky job status with the team's six-turnover loss to the New York Giants in Week 11. Even before that game, people in the building had openly wondered whether a change could come during the Week 14 bye. The Commanders will be heavy underdogs for their Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys and again in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler has talked to people who think owner Josh Harris might not want to make an in-season change, but falling to 4-9 would lock in a fourth straight losing season without a winning record for Rivera.
