Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods (foot) did not practice on Friday and is now not expected to play in their Week 8 game against the Carolina Panthers. The veteran wideout has been dealing with this foot issue for a while now and the fact that he missed each practice out of a bye week isn't a good sign moving forward. Fantasy managers can look toward Tank Dell if a receiver is on the list of needs or even Dalton Schultz as he has seen his opportunities increase.
