Robert Woods Not At Practice Thursday
one year ago

Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods (foot) is not practicing for the second consecutive day as he manages a foot injury. Woods, now in his eleventh year, is usually granted a rest day when the team opens its week for practice, but missing a second day in a row coming off a bye week is indicative that Woods' status for Week 8 is in jeopardy. Should he sit out the Texans' matchup against the Carolina Panthers, it would open the door for more rookie Tank Dell to see an increase in snap share and targets. Tight end Dalton Schultz, whose production has increased over the last few weeks, would also benefit should Woods sit.
