Rico Dowdle Still Managing Ankle Injury

Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (ankle) remains on the team's Week 13 injury report as they prepare for another Thursday night game versus the Seattle Seahawks. Dowdle was listed as a limited participant in Monday's practice. He was on last week's practice report as well but played in the Thanksgiving win over the Washington Commanders, handling just three carries for 11 yards and one catch for 15 yards and a touchdown on only nine offensive snaps. The 25-year-old is likely to play this Thursday against Seattle, but he'll likely continue to have a limited role in the backfield as the primary backup to Tony Pollard, who has been much more effective in recent weeks after a slow start in 2023.
