Richie James Won't Return In Week 9

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Richie James (knee) remains on IR and was not activated for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. He had been listed as questionable but will not play. The 28-year-old hasn't been healthy since Week 2, and now he'll have to wait at least one more week before he can make his return. The Chiefs have used an all-hands-on-deck approach at receiver, mixing in the likes of Skyy Moore, Kadarius Toney, Mecole Hardman,Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Justin Watson behind breakout rookie Rashee Rice.
