Rhamondre Stevenson Returns From Injury, Surpasses 100 Scrimmage Yards
one year ago

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson totaled 88 rushing yards on 20 carries during Sunday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Germany. He left briefly in the fourth quarterback with a back injury but eventually returned. He also caught three of five targets for an additional 14 yards through the air. Although he failed to score a touchdown in the contest, Stevenson still had a big day, totaling triple-digit yardage and delivering numerous "angry" runs. Lacking trust in quarterback Mac Jones (who was eventually benched), New England went run-heavy in Week 10, as Stevenson and Ezekiel Elliott combined for a whopping 42 touches and 190 scrimmage yards in the effort. Stevenson will remain a respectable RB2 option when the Patriots face the Giants on the other side of their Week 11 bye.
