New Orleans Saints wide receiver Rashid Shaheed has been inconsistent throughout the season, stringing together some boom performances along with some low fantasy outputs like in Week 9 (three receptions for 22 yards). In Week 10, New Orleans travels to Minnesota to face one of the league's worst secondaries (fourth-most fantasy points per game surrendered to receivers). Shaheed is in play as a flex option due to his tendency to create big plays against porous secondaries but keep in mind that he could just as easily have another low output due to his role on the offense offering inconsistent volume. Consider Shaheed as a flex option on a week with many star players out due to byes.
