Rashee Rice Looks Explosive In Win
one year ago

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice hauled in all four of his targets for 72 yards in Thursday's 19-8 win over the Denver Broncos. Rice showed off his yards-after-catch ability on a 23-yard slant, racing toward the end zone in the third quarter, and then on a 14-yard gain in the fourth period. He capped off a big night, by Chiefs wideouts standards, with a 28-yard catch-and-run to facilitate a field-goal drive. The 23-year-old's 72 yards marked the most by a KC WR in a single game this year. Rice continues to maximize his chances and has regularly looked like quarterback Patrick Mahomes' most dangerous receiver besides tight end Travis Kelce. While that's an exciting prospect, seeing it translate to fantasy football prosperity is another story. Rice remains stuck in WR4 territory until the Chiefs fully take the chains off, but he remains an enticing bench stash ahead of a possible Week 7 shootout with the Los Angeles Chargers.
