Philadelphia Eagles running back Rashaad Penny (illness) is officially inactive for Week 5 versus the Los Angeles Rams. He appeared on the injury report Saturday as a late addition and was listed as doubtful. Penny hasn't played a down since Week 2, so his absence won't shake things up too much on offense.
