Rashaad Penny A Healthy Scratch Monday Night

Philadelphia Eagles running back Rashaad Penny is inactive as a healthy scratch on Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11. Penny was active for just the second time in 2023 in Week 9, but he ended up playing just two offensive snaps and had two carries for eight yards in the win over the Dallas Cowboys. He was mainly active in that contest because Boston Scott was away from the team due to personal reasons. Scott is now back and will serve as Philly's No. 3 running back on Monday night behind D'Andre Swift and Kenneth Gainwell. Penny is back to being the No. 4 for the Eagles and is completely off the fantasy radar.
