The Los Angeles Rams defense was expected to struggle mightily in 2023, but it kicked off the season with a dominant showing against the Seattle Seahawks. Geno Smith accumulated just 112 passing yards and a touchdown on 26 passing attempts, and running backs Kenneth Walker, Zach Charbonnet, and DeeJay Dallas combined for 79 rushing yards on 17 carries. It was a great performance for the Rams, but a matchup with the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2 should keep its fantasy defense/special teams unit on the bench.
