Rams Agree With Jonah Jackson On Three-Year Deal
9 months ago

The Los Angeles Rams agreed to terms with free-agent offensive guard Jonah Jackson on Monday on a three-year, $51 million deal with $34 million guaranteed, according to sources. Jackson joins the recently re-signed Kevin Dotson as the Rams spend big money on the middle of their offensive line. The Rams are making it a priority to protect aging quarterback Matthew Stafford while also opening up lanes for running back Kyren Williams heading into next season. The 27-year-old Jackson, a former third-rounder of the Detroit Lions in 2020, was a Pro Bowler in 2021 and has started all 57 games that he's played in in his first four seasons in the NFL. Jackson played a pivotal role in the Lions' offensive line, which was one of the best O-lines in football in recent seasons, so this is a big addition for the Rams offense up front.
