Rams Activate Ronnie Rivers From Injured Reserve
11 months ago

The Los Angeles Rams activated running back Ronnie Rivers (knee) from Injured Reserve prior to Thursday night's game against the New Orleans Saints. Rivers, 24, hasn't played since Week 6 and can be ignored in the vast majority of fantasy leagues now that he's back. He will be providing more RB depth for the Rams behind starter Kyren Williams and Royce Freeman the rest of the season. In six games before Rivers landed on Injured Reserve, he carried the ball 13 times for 57 yards (4.38 yards per carry) while adding four catches on four targets for 18 receiving yards. In eight games (one start) as a rookie in 2022, Rivers averaged just 2.3 yards per tote on nine attempts for 21 yards.
