Raiders Expected To Hire Kliff Kingsbury As Offensive Coordinator
10 months ago

The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire former Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury as their new offensive coordinator, according to league sources. In addition to Kingsbury, the Raiders added Marvin Lewis as an assistant head coach to Antonio Pierce. The addition of Kingsbury as the Raiders' offensive coordinator will now lead to rampant speculation that the team will be looking to trade up to the top of the 2024 draft to select quarterback Caleb Williams, who Kingsbury coached at USC in 2023. Kingsbury was the head coach of the Cardinals for four years before joining the college ranks, and he went 28-37-1 in his time in the desert. Arizona twice finished in the top 10 in offensive yards under Kingsbury, and his addition to Vegas' coaching staff should be good news for wideouts Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers.
