Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday with an ankle injury. Mostert appeared to have no issues during his team's Week 7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, so there's a chance he's just getting some veteran rest as the Dolphins open their preparations for a Week 8 matchup against the New England Patriots. Mostert's ability to get back to practice either Thursday or Friday would be a good sign as to his potential availability for Week 8. Fantasy gamers counting on Mostert will want to make sure they have a pivot option available on their benches in case the Miami RB1 doesn't suit up. If Mostert is out, look for Jeff Wilson Jr. and Salvon Ahmed to lead the backfield.
