Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (ankle) returned to practice Thursday ahead of the team's matchup against Kansas City in Frankfurt, Germany. The veteran's absence from Wednesday practices is becoming a theme at this point. Injuries aren't much of a concern. Rather, the team is giving their lead running back a veteran rest day. He's not in danger of missing Sunday's game. Mostert is the RB3 in PPR formats through eight weeks and will continue to be a high-upside running back for fantasy managers in Week 9.
