Cleveland Browns running back Pierre Strong Jr. (hamstring) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. He had been listed as questionable but was widely expected to play after practicing on Friday. With that said, Strong is off the fantasy radar as he remains the Browns' No. 3 running back behind Jerome Ford and Kareem Hunt.
