Patrick Mahomes Doesn't Have Flu-Like Symptoms

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said quarterback Patrick Mahomes (illness) no longer has flu-like symptoms. Mahomes was under the weather in Week 8 against the division-rival Denver Broncos on the road, and it showed, as he had his worst performance of the year (and maybe of his career) in the 24-9 upset loss. The 28-year-old superstar threw for 241 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions and also lost a fumble. It's good to hear Mahomes is feeling better, though, especially with a trip to Germany this week on tap to face the high-flying Miami Dolphins. In what is expected to be a high-scoring affair in Europe, Mahomes is in a great bounce-back spot in Week 9 this Sunday. Start him with confidence everywhere.
