Pat Freiermuth Expected To Practice Wednesday
one year ago

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said that tight end Pat Freiermuth (hamstring) is expected to practice on Wednesday. Freiermuth didn't play in the Week 5 win over the Baltimore Ravens and had last week's bye to heal up. The 24-year-old will most likely be limited on Wednesday, but he said on Monday that he fully expects to play in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Freiermuth has already matched last year's total with two touchdowns through four games, but he's averaging a weak 5.3 fantasy points per game in half-PPR scoring with eight receptions for 53 yards on his 13 targets. If he returns in Week 7, he'll be a touchdown-dependent streaming option at the position in fantasy lineups.
