Parker Washington A Deeper-League Flex vs. Bucs
11 months ago

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington faces the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 16. When Christian Kirk left the Week 13 game against Cincy, the rookie Washington was forced to occupy the slot receiver role and he has done an admirable job, with 100 yards and two touchdowns over two games. Washington also ranks top-20 in the league with 15 targets since that game, demonstrating a good rapport with quarterback Trevor Lawrence. If Zay Jones is able to play, Washington actually makes for a decent 2nd flex option in 12-team leagues given how poor the Tampa Bay secondary has played all year. With Jones in the lineup, the Penn State product projects more as a WR4/5 or deep-league flex given that he is still the fourth option in the passing attack, and it is still unknown if Lawrence will be out there.
