Panthers Getting Back Jaycee Horn, Jeremy Chinn, Others Back

Carolina Panthers cornerbacks Jaycee Horn (hamstring) and Jeremy Chinn (quadriceps), and outside linebacker Yetur Gross-Matos (hamstring) have all been activated from Injured Reserve and will play in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Interim head coach Chris Tabor is getting back some significant defensive reinforcements for his first game as the Panthers' head coach. Horn has been on IR since Week 1 after suffering a significant hamstring injury, and Chinn hasn't played since Week 6. The return of all three players should raise the tide of the Panthers' defense, but they're still hard to trust as a streaming option this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
