Packers Hold Aaron Jones Out Of Wednesday's Practice
one year ago

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. Jones tweaked his hamstring while scoring a 35-yard touchdown in the Week 1 victory over the Chicago Bears in Week 1 and never returned in a game that was well in hand for the Packers. LaFleur said on Wednesday that the team is "going to give it the course of the week before we make any determination on him," so it sounds as though the 28-year-old could be truly questionable to play in Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday. It could come down to a game-time decision on Sunday morning. If Jones is unable to play, AJ Dillon will be a plug-and-play fantasy option, with rookie Emanuel Wilson likely backing him up.
