Cleveland Browns quarterback P.J. Walker will draw the start in a Week 8 road matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Browns ruled Deshaun Watson (shoulder) out earlier in the week, setting Walker up for his second start in the past three games. The Seahawks have been close to average against quarterbacks in fantasy this season as they are allowing the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Even though it isn't a daunting matchup, Walker has not shown much upside in the Cleveland offense this season as he's thrown for 370 yards, no touchdowns, and three interceptions in two games. He is a QB3 in fantasy for Week 8.
