Houston Texans wide receiver Noah Brown (knee) is officially active for Week 15 versus the Tennessee Titans. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction ahead of kickoff. While Brown does have fantasy appeal as the Texans' top active receiver, his upside could be limited with Case Keenum starting in place of C.J. Stroud (concussion). He's still a worthwhile option for fantasy managers needing a boost the WR3/FLEX spot this week.
