Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (calf) is officially inactive for Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the wrong direction after missing all three practices this past week. With Collins sidelined, Tank Dell (leg) on injured reserve, and C.J. Stroud (concussion) also inactive, the Texans' offense could falter on Sunday. Case Keenum is expected to quarterback the unit while Dalton Schultz, Noah Brown, and Robert Woods operate as his top pass-catchers. Schultz ranks as a high-end fantasy TE2 and can be started in a pinch. Meanwhile, Brown is worth considering as a WR3/FLEX play.
