Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine is tied with DeAndre Hopkins for the team lead in touchdown receptions this season (three). However, he has just 18 receptions for 224 yards through nine weeks. He's far from a safe fantasy option, but he does have deep league appeal l in a Week 10 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay surrendered 470 passing yards last week and has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to wideouts this season. With several big-name wideouts on a bye in Week 10, Westbrook-Ikhine can be utilized as a desperation flex option. The Titans' passing game has looked much improved under rookie quarterback Will Levis. Westbrook-Ikhine has outperformed Treylon Burks to this point, and Burks might miss this game with a concussion.
