He has made all of his field goal and extra point tries through two weeks, placing him on the fantasy football radar. However, the Titans' offense will likely struggle to move the ball against the fierce Cleveland Browns defense in Week 3, making Folk a risky play at the kicker spot. He is the No. 6 kicker in total fantasy points so far, but he carries a boom-or-bust outlook into Week 3 given the matchup.
