The Commanders have been a middle-of-the-pack matchup for fantasy backs this season, but their strongest aspect has been limiting production in the passing game. Washington surrenders the most yards per carry to running backs in the NFL. While Harris occasionally contributes through the air, the vast majority of his work comes on the ground. He'll have plenty of opportunities on Sunday as the Steelers run the ball at the second-highest rate in the league. Harris should be started in most formats and projects as a solid RB2 on Sunday.
