Mitch Morse, Siran Neal Cut By Bills

The Buffalo Bills are releasing center Mitch Morse and cornerback Siran Neal ahead of free agency, according to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team. The team also released safety Jordan Poyer and wide receiver Deonte Harty on Wednesday, so clearing cap space is evidently the goal. Morse signed with Buffalo on a four-year $44.5 million deal in 2019 after four seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, and he earned a trip to the Pro Bowl in 2022. His current deal was not set to expire until after the 2024 season, but the Bills will save $8.5 million on the cap by releasing him. Neal, a former fifth-round pick, sees his contract terminated after six seasons with the organization, mostly as a depth and special teams player. Buffalo clears $2.88 million in cap space following his release.
