Minkah Fitzpatrick Ruled Out For Week 9

The Pittsburgh Steelers have already ruled out safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring) for the Week 9 game on Thursday night against the Tennessee Titans due to a hamstring injury that he picked up in the Week 8 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Fitzpatrick was set to undergo an MRI exam on Monday. The 26-year-old Pro Bowl safety was injured in the first quarter and wasn't able to return. He finished with two tackles before departing and now has 54 tackles (37 solo) and two passes defensed in seven games played in 2023. Fantasy managers in IDP leagues that have been starting the three-time All-Pro at defensive back will need to go in another direction at the position in Week 9.
