Miles Sanders Held To 43 Rushing Yards In Week 2 Loss
one year ago

Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders carried the ball 14 times for 43 yards and added four yards on three catches in a 20-17 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 2. Sanders was bottled up by a tough New Orleans run game, averaging just 3.1 yards per carry with his longest tote going for 13 yards. He also lost a decent amount of work to Chuba Hubbard, who operated as the team's hurry-up back on their final offensive drive of the game. Sanders now has run for 115 scoreless yards over his first two games of the season. He will be a flex option in Week 3 against the Seattle Seahawks.
