Miles Sanders A Low-End Flex Option In Week 8
one year ago

Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders (shoulder) appears to be heading in the right direction after he missed Week 6 with a shoulder injury. After a bye in Week 7, Sanders has practiced fully on Wednesday and Thursday as his team gears up for a Week 8 matchup against the Houston Texans. Fantasy managers can tentatively expect Sanders to suit up in Week 8, although whether he should be in starting lineups is another story. The veteran running back has struggled in 2023 and backup Chuba Hubbard was excellent in his place in Week 6 while he was sidelined. It is possible that Hubbard earned his way into a more even split with Sanders moving forward, making Sanders tough to trust against Houston. He sets up as a low-end flex who should be left on the bench in Week 9.
