Mike Vrabel Joining Browns Coaching Staff

Former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is joining the Cleveland Browns staff as a coaching and personnel consultant, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The former NFL linebacker was fired by Tennessee after going 13-21 in his last two seasons at the helm. He now lands on his feet with an organization that made the playoff last year with Joe Flacco at quarterback. Although he won't be in a prominent role, the former NFL Head Coach of the Year could use this opportunity to grow as a coach and ultimately land another head gig as soon as the 2025 season.
