Mike Vrabel 50/50 To Retain Job As Titans Head Coach

A league source said they'd give it a 50/50 chance that the Tennessee Titans retain head coach Mike Vrabel with the 2023 season just concluding. There have been questions in and around the organization as to whether the entire front office and coaching staff are on the same page with the team's direction moving forward. The 48-year-old has been a stabilizing force in Tennessee since his arrival six years ago, but it might be time for both sides to part with the Titans expected to enter a rebuild phase this offseason. Vrabel is still under contract with the Titans, but he could be outrighted fired or traded. If he were on the open market, Vrabel, who has four winning seasons and three trips to the playoffs in his six years at the helm, would be coveted by plenty of teams.
