According to ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin will wait until the season ends before deciding his future with the organization. The 51-year-old was hired by the franchise in January 2007, making him the third coach in franchise history. Tomlin has never had a losing record in 17 seasons at the helm, amassing a 172-101-2 record. He also led the Steelers to a Super Bowl win over the Arizona Cardinals in 2009. Nonetheless, there are several directions this situation can go. But if Tomlin doesn't return to Pittsburgh, he'll undoubtedly generate interest from teams at some point in the next few seasons.
