Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has been tough to keep out of the end zone with nine touchdowns through his first 11 games this season. The veteran wideout has been red-hot lately with four touchdowns over his last three games. He'll head into a decent matchup against the shaky Carolina Panthers secondary in Week 13. Evans is clearly the favorite target of quarterback Baker Mayfield. That being said, Evans should continue to see a high usage every week. He has seen nine or more targets in each of the last three weeks. All things considered, Evans should be a low-end WR1 for this Week 13 contest.
