Michael Pittman Jr. Won't Return Saturday

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (concussion) won't return to Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittman was taken off the field after taking a scary hit to the head during the second quarter. He was able to get off the field under his own power, but won't return to this game. This is a shame considering how well Pittman was playing before the injury. He hauled in four of his five targets for 78 yards before exiting. Fantasy managers will have to wait and see if he'll be able to suit up for next week's game.
