Stafford has thrown for more than one touchdown pass just once in the nine games he has played this year, while he has not thrown for over 250 yards in a game since Week 4. The return of All-Pro wide receiver Cooper Kupp has not boosted Stafford's fantasy value and it is clear that they do not offer the ceiling they have in the past.
