Matt Eberflus Expected To Return In 2024

There hasn't been official word from ownership or team president Kevin Warren, but all signs are pointing to Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus returning for another season despite speculation from earlier this season about his future, according to league sources. The Bears have won games recently and are playing inspired football and have more draft capital than any other team in the league. They have had enough change in the past to want to try and stabilize things as much as they can. In addition to Eberflus sticking around, the Bears could also decide that quarterback Justin Fields deserves another shot to prove himself as the franchise signal-caller moving forward. If that's the case, the Bears have plenty of draft capital to add solid offensive pieces around him.
