Mason Rudolph Scheduled To Start Again In Week 17
11 months ago

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph is "scheduled to be the quarterback for the week," according to head coach Mike Tomlin. Similar to last week, the Steelers will see where Kenny Pickett (ankle) is as his ankle injury progresses. Pickett was listed as limited in Wednesday's practice. He had tightrope surgery on his ankle and has missed the last three games, so fantasy managers in two-QB leagues shouldn't be banking on him returning for a Week 17 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The 28-year-old Rudolph looked good in his first start of the year in the Week 16 win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday, going 17-for-27 for 290 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He'll face a test on the road in Seattle in his second straight start and should be considered a desperation QB2 in superflex league championship matchups.
