Mason Crosby Takes Over Kicking Duties For Giants, Not On Fantasy Radars

Veteran kicker Mason Crosby, formerly of the Green Bay Packers, will kick his first field goals for a different team in Week 16. The Giants signed him as a free agent following injuries to Randy Bullock (hamstring) and Cade York (quad). Bullock was already filling in for regular starter Graham Gano (knee). Despite what has been an excellent career for the Super Bowl champion, Crosby shouldn't be considered a legitimate kicker option for fantasy football in Week 16. While the Philadelphia defense allows a lot of points, the Giants themselves only average 13.5 per game, the second-fewest in the league. There likely won't be enough opportunities for Crosby to produce.
