Marvin Mims Jr. Remains A Boom-Or-Bust Deep-League Flex Play
one year ago

Believe it or not, Denver Broncos rookie wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. leads the team with 242 receiving yards through the first four weeks. He's done it on just nine receptions (11 targets) and is averaging a healthy 26.9 yards per catch as a speedy big-play threat down the field. Mims has also scored a touchdown and is tied with Chris Godwin with 36 half-PPR points heading into a tough matchup against the New York Jets secondary in Week 5. The biggest problem for Mims is his lack of playing time, although he did see a season-high 35% of the offensive snaps in the Week 4 win over the Chicago Bears. The 21-year-old has two catches in three of his four games so far and will be a boom/bust WR5/flex consideration in deeper fantasy leagues this weekend when the Broncos host the Jets.
