Marvin Mims Jr. A Desperation Deep-League Flex Play
one year ago

Denver Broncos rookie wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. has shown us in recent weeks just how ugly it can get if you toss him into your starting lineup. The 21-year-old big-play threat has just one catch for four yards in the last two weeks combined, and he wasn't even targeted in the Week 6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs while playing 23% of the offensive snaps. On the bright side so far in his first NFL season, Mims is second on the team with 246 receiving yards while averaging a hefty 24.6 yards per catch. The problem is, he only has 10 receptions to this point and hasn't played more than 35% of the snaps in a single game. Mims could bust out with a big catch down the field in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers, but are you really willing to risk that when considering his floor? We didn't think so.
