Cleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee), who was listed as questionable to play on Thursday night, is officially active and will suit up to face the visiting New York Jets. Top wideout Amari Cooper (heel) will sit out just days after setting a franchise record with 265 receiving yards in the win over the Houston Texans. Cooper's absence means that Goodwin could have a bigger role in the passing game, but he'll still likely be behind wideouts Elijah Moore, rookie Cedric Tillman and David Bell and tight end David Njoku. The 33-year-old Goodwin has caught four of his 13 targets on the year for 67 yards and has also carried the ball four times for 33 yards in 11 games in his first year in Cleveland. He's been completely off the fantasy radar.
