The 24-year-old has missed on two field goal attempts and one extra point try through the team's last two games. Despite the inconsistencies, the team is allowing him to prove himself one last time. The Rams signed veteran kicker Mason Crosby to the practice squad on Wednesday but decided not to elevate him ahead of Week 14. If there are any struggles this week, look for Havrisik to be cut and Crosby to become the team's kicker for the rest of the season. Havrisik should not be played in Week 14, especially considering the matchup against an elite Baltimore Ravens defense.
